Stocking your kitchen with Le Creuset cookware and accessories can be a pretty significant investment, but their products are built to last a lifetime. There's a reason why both celebrities and professional chefs alike swear by the brand.

But even if we don’t necessarily need to buy more Le Creuset, the brand keeps expanding their lineup of colors that we want to add to our collection. And one of the most exciting parts about owning Le Creuset products is pairing them with complementary colors.

Over the past few years, we’ve seen new food-inspired hues like Shallot, Brioche, and Thyme. But yesterday, I had the chance to witness the reveal of their brand new colorway: Pêche.

Le Creuset describes Pêche as a “glossy, refreshing coral gradated with rosy undertones.” The peachy color has a decidedly warmer tone than their Chiffon Pink and has an uplifting hue that’s perfect for celebrating spring and summer. And if you’re the kind of person who likes to mix Le Creuset colors, we think that Pêche would look especially beautiful next to Sage and Artichaut.

Pêche is available to purchase now at LeCreuset.com, Le Creuset Signature Stores, and select retail stores. The color appears across their product lineup, from Dutch ovens to skillets to baking dishes to cooking utensils. And of course, there’s a mini cocotte in Pêche too for just $32.

We love everything about this new launch, but we're going to make a formal request to Le Creuset: please drop a peach-shaped Dutch oven to match our pumpkin cocotte.
