April 2017 proved to be a valuable month for licensed title agent Christy Mooney and attorneys Kirby Williams and Farrar Barker. That was when they brought together their experience to combine Shoreline Title LLC with the Barker Williams law practice.
“It’s a law firm and a title company,” Barker said. “On the title company side, we help with closings.”
The combination, Barker said, allows for these professionals to better serve a wider group of clients.
Shoreline Title assists lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, builders and commercial investors with every type of real estate transaction.
Barker Williams reviews transactions, providing legal advice on real estate, financing and corporate matters.
“We also have people with rental properties who want limited liability companies, and with the law firm, we can help them with that,” Barker said.
Mooney, who is the owner of Shoreline Title, and both Barker and Williams, who own the firm under their names, share a business philosophy: They get to know and understand their clients so they can provide the best service that meets the individual needs of each individual.

Although not a military spouse, June Garvin does share something in common with the military. She and her husband have moved multiple times all across the country.
“I’ve had to restart many times,” she said.
With each move, she has taken along her floral design business until coming to Okaloosa County five years ago.
In April, Garvin decided to come out of her floral retirement, now operating through her Facebook page.
“Since I don’t have a store front, I always order my flowers specifically for each bride,” she said. “All my flowers get delivered two days before the wedding, and they can keep them fresh in water for two weeks so they can enjoy them longer.”
As a concierge floral designer, Garvin focuses on each client as an individual.
“There’s a relationship that you build with your brides because it’s the most important day of their lives,” she added.
Garvin can handle small weddings or large weddings from Pensacola to Panama City. She does ask clients to contact her well in advance to ensure the best service possible.
